A Question Sub categories belongs to a Question Category which is the Main Category.  This is to further segregate the classification of a questionnaire. Each Sub Category can have an unlimited number of sub-Category.


To Add

  1. Click the radio button “Add new record”.
  2. Select a Main category from the drop-down box.
  3. Type in the name of the Sub Category  in the text box “Sub Category”.
  4. After you typed in a Sub Category name, click "Submit" when done.


To Add a sub group under the sub category "fact sheet". Follow the illustration  below.


This is how it looks like after submit.


To Upload an Icon-


  1. Click on the + icon beside the sub category name. 
  2. A new box will populate. Select the file to upload.
  3. Click on "upload" button.
  4. To remove the icon, click on the - to remove the uploaded file.


To Edit

Editing the Sub Category Name

  1. Click the radio button "update".
  2. Select the Main category from the drop down list. The left box will now show all the Sub category belonging to the Question Category, the right box will initially show the same information as the left box. In the middle box, you can see the Main Category that has been selected as highlighted. 
  3. Select the Sub Category from the overview (left box) that you want to edit.
  4. Go to the sub category field and edit the name.
  5. Click Submit when done.


Moving the Sub Category to a different Main Category.


  1. Click the radio button "update".
  2. Select the Main category from the dropdown list. 
  3. Select from the overview list the Sub Category that you want to move to another Main category or Sub Category.
  4. In the middle box, select a new Main Category if you want to move the Sub Category to a different main category.
  5. Depending on the main category selected, the sub category under it will be shown on the right box. Select the Sub Category.


The example below shows that I am moving the Sub group (Fact Sheet) to the new Main Category which is (Spa Services). The sub category under the "fact sheet" will also follow.



To Reactivate/Deactivate

Deactivate

  1. Click the radio button "Reactivate/Deactivate".
  2. Select the Main category from the drop down list. 
  3. Select  the Sub Category that you want deactivate.
  4. Click submit when done.
  5. Are you sure you want to deactivate this record? Click OK.


Reactivate

  1. Click the radio button "Reactivate/Deactivate".
  2. Select the Main category from the drop down list. 
  3. Untick the "Hide Inactive box to show the inactive records. Inactive records are displayed in red text.
  4. Select the inactive Sub Category that you want reactivate.
  5. Click submit when done.
  6. Are you sure you want to deactivate this record? Click OK.
