PRINTER MANUAL

This is where you add and manage the Kitchen Printers, Receipt Printers, Ticket Printers & KDS (Kitchen Display System). 

This is also where you can adjust the size if the printer used has a different length by default. Normally thermal printer can handle 60-64 characters per line, Dot matrix usually 40-42 (Depend on the DIP switch).

To Add

1. Enter the printer name, it's better to indicate the printer type together with the printer name so it's easy for the other users to identify the printer.
2. Enter the location of the printer.
3. Enter the Printer IP. The same IP address can be assigned to multiple printer types (Kitchen & receipt).
4. Click Submit when done.

To Edit

1. Click the edit button, and start editing the data.
2. Click submit once done.

To Deactivate

1. Click the Deactivate button.

To Reactivate

1. Untick the "hide In-Active".
2. Inactive printers will be shown. Locate the printer name that you want to reactivate.
3. Click the reactivate button.
4. Are you sure you want to reactivate this record? Click "OK".

To Adjust the size.

1. Select the printer name that you want to adjust.
2. Click the button "Size".
3. Edit the value based on your printer.
4. Click Save once done.
