This program allows the user to transfer charges to a different folio (even a different folio of a different reservation) as well as split the charge between folios based on percentage or amount.
One or more items can be split or transferred. The split can be done based on a % per folio, on evenly divided, or on the amount input. Amount input requires an action per item, whereas % and evenly divide (in fact the same as a percentage) can include multiple items.
The amount spLIT is a negative amount for the original folio and a positive amount for the new folio, meaning the amount split is *-1 for the original folio (negative becomes positive).
