This program allows you to create templates to be used for the program "Ticket Emailing".
The program allows to include pictures, hyperlinks and files.
The easiest way to work is to divide the template using a table. This takes care of any lay-out you wish.
Anybody familiar with creating an email blast with variables are able to create a template.
The variables can be found in the right column. If you wish to include the guest name anywhere in the text you embed the variable #guestName# as described in the right column auto replacement.
The icons all have an explanation when you hoover the mouse over the icon.
There is no limitation on the number of templates. You can create a special template for fun family days for example, or a Halloween special.
You can assign a template to a folio in the program "Reservations" and the click the tab Attractions / Spa
Once you click on the button tickets, a pop-up with the tickets will open. NOTE: The status must be In House!
Select your template from the drop-down and click save and you can continue sending emails.
The above is a pre-requisite to send emails. Without template assigned to the folio it is not possible to send emails.
