This is where you add and manage the Kitchen Printers, Receipt Printers, Ticket Printers & KDS (Kitchen Display System).
This is also where you can adjust the size if the printer used has a different length by default. Normally thermal printers can handle 60-64 characters per line, Dot matrix is usually 40-42 (Depend on the DIP switch).

To Add
- Enter the printer name, it's better to indicate the printer type together with the printer name so it's easy for the other users to identify the printer.
- Enter the location of the printer.
- Enter the Printer IP. The same IP address can be assigned to multiple printer types (Kitchen & receipt).
- Click Submit when done.
To Edit
- Click the edit button, and start editing the data.
- Click submit once done.
To Deactivate
- Click the Deactivate button.
To Reactivate
- Untick the "hide In-Active".
- Inactive printers will be shown. Locate the printer name that you want to reactivate.
- Click the reactivate button.
- Are you sure you want to reactivate this record? Click "OK".
To Adjust the size.
- Select the printer name that you want to adjust.
- Click the button "Size".
- Edit the value based on your printer.
- Click Save once done.
