A questionnaire is used to collect data for different purposes; from marketing data to guest services etc. To be able to start with the questionnaire A Question Category & Sub category is prerequisite.
The main purpose of the CRM system is to register the information that you wished to collect from the customer.
Question Categories are used to classify the question. For example; there can be a category "Divers" with questions about the number of dives, qualification, last dive etc. There can be a category for Spa services with questions about the massage information, medical history.
Each Question Category can have an unlimited number of Question Sub Category and each Sub Category can have an unlimited number of sub-Category.
The Question category created will appear in the program "Question Sub Category".
There are basically 5 types of questions and unlimited categories.
- Open questions: These questions require a written answer from the guest. E.g. "Do you have any suggestions to improve our restaurant
- Closed questions: These questions are answered by yes or no.
- Judgmental questions: These questions can have a range like 0-10, or 'Bad', 'Under Average', 'Average', 'OK', 'Good', 'Very Good', Excellent'
- Date
- Quantity
Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other property.
For Example:
To Add
- Click on the "add new record" button.
- Fill in the Question Category name.
- Upload an icon if applicable.
- Click "submit" when you are done.
To Edit
- Select the row that you want to edit.
- Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
- Click "submit" when done.
- Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.
To Delete (deactivate)
- Select the Category name that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
- Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
Ehors will not allow you to deactivate the Main Category, if it is linked to a sub category.
To Re-activate
- UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
- Select the Category name that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
- Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
