Venue Configuration Types are the different styles of Banquet Set up.
Few examples are:
- Theater
- Classroom
- Boardroom
- Cocktail
- U-Shape
- Round Table
- Hollow Square
- Cluster
- Banquet
- Cabaret
- V-Shaped
Remarks: Adding new record affects all properties within the group. This means add new record is all, edit and delete is per property.
To Add
- Click the button "+ Add new Record", type the configuration type and the description.
- Hit Submit or enter when done.
To Edit
- Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
- Click "submit" when done.
- Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.
To Delete (deactivate)
Double check first before deactivating any configuration type.
- Navigate to the configuration type that you want to deactivate, click "deactivate" button.
- Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
To Re-activate
- UN-tick the tick box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
- Navigate to the configuration type that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
- Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
