This program allows you to sell tickets for any theme park. The Outlet that will appear in the dropdown list Outlet is the outlet type "Theme".
Reservation of ticket is not available here, you can only do that in the manage reservation program.
- The left box shows the list of the available packages & the individual Attractions. The list shown under the package is based on the selected criteria (segment & Source)
- The middle box shows what has been selected only that has not been added yet.
- The right box shows what has been added, this means you already clicked the button "book"
Scenario: 1 Package and Individual ticket (Qty 4 ).
- Select the outlet.
- Select the Market Segment & Source.
- Package and/or Individual:
- Select the button Package and select the package name. (In this scenario I will be selecting Family Rafting & Kayaking) If the attraction in the package has multiple sessions, you will need to choose the session manually. (see image 1)
- If you want to add an individual attraction together with the package, click the individual /Add-on button (In this scenario I will be selecting Tequila -ticketing) (see image 2)
- Enter the Qty of Child and adult. Click the button "Book". The above scenario will create 4 individual folios/tickets. (see image 3)
- Click the Discount button if you want to give a discount (see image 5)
- Click E-value if the guest wants to put money on their ticket, this value can be used as a payment method anywhere in the property as long as they accept E-value payment. (see image 6)
- Click "guest" if the guest wants to put their names. The default name is anonymous. (see image 7)
- Click Cancel if you want to cancel the transaction.
