This program allows guests to register as a "member" of the property.
This will allow them to access the questionnaires, update their profiles and make reservations, for rooms, restaurant, spa, ticketing and others.
Remarks: Adding new record affects all properties within the group. This means add new record is all, edit and delete is per property
To Add
- Click "add new record".
- Select the Gender of the member you are adding.
- Fill in the Guest Full Name, email address, Retype Email address, Username & Password
- Click "Submit" when done.
After submit, the guest will then receive an email confirmation
To Edit
- Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
- Click "submit" when done.
- Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.
To Delete (deactivate)
- Select the guest name that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
- Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
To Re-activate
- UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the inactive records.
- Locate the guest name that you want to re-activate, click the "re-activate" button.
- Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
