E-Hors allows you to use as many languages as your organization needs. This program creates a new language; however, the user has to translate the default English into the desired language. This program only defines the language that you might want to use in the future.

The program translator is used for this purpose.


To Add

  1. Click the button "+ Add new Record", type the Language name that you want to add.  Hit Submit or enter when done.




To Edit

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.


To Search

Select the filter icon, and select from the drop down list.

  • is equal to

To Delete (deactivate)

Double check first before deactivating any language. E-hors allows you to deactivate the language.

If all languages created were deleted, The default Language of Ehors will apply

  1. Navigate to the Language name you want to deactivate, click "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "yes".

Show In-active

UN-tick the box to show in-active records.

To Re-activate

  1. Navigate to the Language name you want to Re-activate, click "Reactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  3. Click "yes".


The available languages can be selected by each users.

To Replace the Language

  1. Click the settings icon located at the left bottom corner.
  2. A new window will populate
  3. Select the desired language, click Save.
  4. E-hors will automatically log you out.
  5. The new language selected will apply after log in.
