This is the program that allows  you to translate the GUI (Graphical User Interface)  into the language of your choice.

Translation is divided into four groups.

Remarks: This is an all property program for add.edit 

  1. Label/Messages  - this is where you can translate the default system message in E-hors.
  2. Program Module - this is where you can translate the name of the Ehors Module.
  3. Program Group  - this is where you can translate the name of the Ehors Program Group
  4. Programs - this is where you can translate the name of the programs.


How to translate the Label/Messages

  1. Select your language, in this scenario I will be selecting "dutch".
  2. Select the tab "label/message" to start with the translation. 
  3. Find which message you want to translate.
  4. In this example, I will be translating the message number 1 into dutch.  ( Minimum new password length should be more than 3 characters.)
  5. Click the edit Icon.
  6. Enter the translation message in dutch.
  7. Hit "Submit" or enter when done.




How to translate the Program Module 

  1. Select your language, in this scenario I will be selecting "Chinese".
  2. Select the tab "Program Module".
  3. Find which Module name you want to translate.
  4. In this example, I will be translating the "Accounting" module 
  5. Click the edit Icon.
  6. Enter the translation message in Chinese.
  7. Hit "Submit" or enter when done.


How to translate the Program Group

  1. Select your language, in this scenario I will be selecting "Bahasa Melayu".
  2. Select the tab "Program Group".
  3. Find which Program Group you want to translate.
  4. In this example, I will be translating the "E-hors translation" group.
  5. Click the edit Icon.
  6. Enter the translation message in Bahasa Melayu.
  7. Hit "Submit" or enter when done.


How to translate the Programs

  1. Select your language, in this scenario I will be selecting "Filipino".
  2. Select the tab "Programs".
  3. Find which Programs you want to translate.
  4. In this example, I will be translating the "department" program.
  5. Click the edit Icon.
  6. Enter the translation message in Filipino.
  7. Hit "Submit" or enter when done.
