In E-Hors employees can be working in more than 1 property and have their own position and related programs per property. This program allows you to authorize staff to be able to work in more than 1 property within the group.
To Add
- Click "Add new record".
- Select the employee that you want to authorize on the other property.
- Select the property Name, position, and department name.
Note: When you add an employee in the employee program, the employee is automatically authorized to work in the property to which it has been created.
To Edit
- Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
- Click "submit" when done.
- Click "Cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.
Note: If Jane is created in property A, you can only edit Jane in property A.
To Delete (deactivate)
- Select the employee that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
- Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
Note: If Jane is created in property A, you can only deactivate Jane in property A.
To Re-activate
- UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the inactive records.
- Select the employee name that you want to re-activate, click the "re-activate" button.
- Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
- Click "OK".
To Search
- Enter the employee name in the search box. Click Search
