The Cleaning list is a program that assigns rooms to room attendants and supervisors.
This is a daily exercise and can be modified at any time.


The sequence of automatic, as well as manual assignment.

If attendant & supervisor are selected: VD, AE/VD/OD. The attendant cannot have VCI/VC/OCI rooms
If attendant only is selected: VD, AE/VD/OD/OD, DO/OD, DO, AE. 
If only supervisor is selected in addition: VCI, AE/VC, OCI, OC can be assigned.
Therefore attendant is not mandatory, nor supervisor it is both or either one.
If Turn Down is selected: If attendant only is selected, OC & OCI can be selected. 

How to prepare a Cleaning List using Automatic Assignment?

  1. Select the "Cleaning list button".
  2. Select the attendant and or supervisor
    1. Attendant: Enter or select the room attendant. The room status VD,OD are automatically selected. There is no need 
    2. Supervisor: Select the supervisor if needed. All room statuses are automatically selected.
  3. Down/Up or Up/Down: This decides the sequence of how the rooms will be assigned.
