This program allows the user to create remarks per BDI - per guest, which are used in the Event Order and for future use in other reports.

How to add or edit the BDI Remark?

Scenario A 

Adding BDI remarks to an existing BDI.

  1. Search the reservation by searching the reservation ID, then click enter, or select from the filters and then click the search button. The result will be displayed based on the search criteria.
  2. Tick the "more functions" button.
  3. Locate the "BDI Remarks" feature. (image 2). After clicking the BDI remarks, there will be a pop-up.
  4. Select the row of the BDI where you want to add the remark.
  5. Click submit when done.
  6. Click the "X" to close the pop-up.

Scenario B

Adding BDI remarks while adding the BDI

  1. Search the reservation by searching the reservation ID, then click enter, or select from the filters and then click the search button. The result will be displayed based on the search criteria.
  2. Tick the "BDI" button.
  3. Select from the filters if you want to find all folios or room number or guest name. The result will be displayed on the right side of the grid based on the selected criteria.
  4. Select the Folio where you want to add the BDI.
  5. Click on the "Select BDI" button. After clicking the select BDI, there will be a pop-up. (image 2)
  6. Select the filter for the date.
  7. Select the Outlet of the BDI
  8. Tick the box of the BDI that you wan to add and add the Remarks.
  9. Select the date by ticking the box for the selected BDI.
  10. Click Submit if you want to add another BDI otherwise Click "submit and close" when done.
