This program reports to HK that a certain guest arrived and the room for the guest is either still VCI, VD or OD - DO (vacant dirty or occupied dirty - due out). This program also has a link to Room Assign to be able to swap the room if an alternative room is available. This includes a potential upgrade. This pushes housekeeping to make the room available for the guest.
Rooms available for assigning on the DCI (date check-in) are rooms known as VC, VCI, VD, OD-DO. Only VC can be checked in, unless system setting HQ249 is yes, which allows check-in for VD or HQ251 to check in when the room is VCI (Vacant Clean for Inspection).

In housekeeping, there is a program called Guest Arrived Monitor, which will only show the outstanding rooms.
