Attraction Plan Board is for the BDI that requires planning due to limited capacity, limited operating hours, etc. This BDI must have a status planboard "yes" and attraction "yes"..
To Add A Plan board
Attraction: Ehors displays all the attraction name by default. You can also filter it by selecting the attraction name.
Date From and Until: The date range is the visible grid, the default is 5 days, you can search any date range, but be careful with too many days, due to potential performance issue.
View: 
This the plan board status.
In this example, I will be adding a session for "Penguin Show". Click on the attraction name (left corner). A pop will appear.
Start adding the date range, session time, and the max. no of pax. Click the "Add" button. The overlapping session is not allowed.
Click Submit when done.
To Edit A Plan board
Click on the"Edit" icon.
Select the time board of the BDI name that you will edit. A pop up will open, make the necessary changes.
Edit cannot extend the date until, but it can shorten the existing date from and date until.
If the top Date is 1/22/2021- 1/27/2021 and the selected session of the attraction is 1/22/2021- 1/24/2021, you cannot extend the session date higher than 24. You can only shorten it. You can change the other data but not extending the date.
Click submit when done.
If the original session date from & until is 1/22/2021- 2/28/2021 and you want to edit it. Change the Date until of the top range to the same until date of the session or more. See example below
