A guest profile is created at the moment that a guest makes a reservation, visits the Spa, or the guest registers through the registration program of the CRM.
Guest profiles are ALL property. However, some of the information is supposed to be per property.

To Edit or Search the Guest Profile

  • Select the search type
    • if it's by date, change the date from and until then click search.
    • If the search type is by name, enter the guest name, you don't need to type the full name, then click search.


  • After clicking search, the result will be displayed. 
  • Click on the edit icon and start editing or entering additional data.

  • Complete the profile of the guest. 
  • You can also add his/her preferred accommodation, location, room no, bed type, type of pillow, amenity set, favorite newspaper, and if he/she preferred a smoking room yes or no.
  • Click submit when done.
