Module Explanation

The sales & Marketing module will most likely be used in every type of business. 
Important revenue management tools like discount / promo actions, happy hour, rate code for rooms, surcharges and so many more tools to improve results.
This module is so wide, the user needs to explore all the options and decide which ones are most suitable for it's business.
Besides the tools, this module handles market segmentation, a complete CRM system and a feature in E-Hors called BDI. BDI stands for Break Down Item and it is used to sell anything the user likes to sell, whether it be revenue or a third party component.
BDIs are one of the most important components when it comes to selling anything except for Rooms, F&B and Retail. A BDI can be delivery cost or a credit card surcharge or a manual room charge. It simply can be anything, which gives the user great power and flexibility.
Business partners like travel agents are also created in this module.
