Module Explanation

The Food & Beverage module is a module used for more than just the creation of recipes for a restaurant or bar. In fact a recipe is  bill of materials. Therefore recipes can also be created for retail e.g. if certain products are combined in 1 sale.
Especially for the Restaurant / Bars / Night club etc there is a menu management creating the menu cards in the system as well as Set Menu Manager.
The cost of sales of the recipes are real time updated based on either last price of purchasing or average price calculated over a user defined period.
