This program is used to edit the agency or segment after the reservation has been made. This can only be done if the reservation has not been checked in yet.
Select the reservation you want to edit. Go to the reservation function and locate the "edit agency/segment". There will be a pop-up, that will show the original segment/source and agency if there are any. See image 2.
In this example, I changed the segment/source from walk-in to government and added an agency. I also updated the rate code. Once done, click Save Changes.
You'll need to add remarks to confirm the changes.
