The host file in Windows is located normally at:c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. If you don't see it there, other possibilities are as follows:


To edit the host's file, you need to have administrator access, before attempting to modify it.1.Navigate toc:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts


If you want to navigate to your hosts file faster, you can use the shortcut command (Win +R)and type this in theboxc:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

2.Double click on thehostsfileand open itwith notepad

3. Enter your host file, see the example below.  192.1.1.1  ehors.test.com



4. When you are done adding the host file configuration hit the button Ctrl + S to save the file.

5. Open your browser to check if you have added it successfully.

6. You should then be able to access Ehors using your own username & password.
