The function "Confirmation Letter" allows the staff to send a confirmation letter with or without pro forma invoice and attachment.


Before you can send any letter to the guest, those letters must be created first in the system under Admin & System> Customization> Forms Designer.

How to send a Confirmation Letter?

  1. Search the reservation using the filters.
  2. Click the search button. A new pop-up will appear, showing the result of your search.

       3. Select the reservation. Click "Continue with selected reservation".

       4. Select the folio by ticking the box. Navigate to Reservation Functions Tab. Locate the Confirmation Letter function.
