Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other property.
In many cases, the occupancy levels for the different accommodations are actually the same. Therefore when a new percentage is entered it will automatically appear under all accommodation codes. So there is no need to create the same occupancy levels for each accommodation. If certain accommodation accommodations have different occupancy levellevels, it they can be edited without affecting the percentage of the other accommodation.
This is a mandatory program and at least 1 level must be added to the grid. If no levels have been created the "result" function in the rate code will not work.
To Add
- Enter the value of the occupancy level by typing or by clicking the arrow up & down. This could be 30,50,60,80, or 90.
- Click the button "add to the grid".
- Click Submit when done.
