GOODS RETURN – If you already booked the goods received and you discovered that the goods are not in
good quality, expired, or has a defect and you need to send it back to the supplier, then you use the
program goods return. This will create a negative PO.
- Search the item that you want to return.
- Select the exact supplier.
- Select the exact department.
- Select the exact location.
- Enter the qty that you want to return. The system will allow you return more than the qty in the location.
- Click the "submit PO". Ehors will generate a negative PO.
- Click the print button to open the PDF.
