  1. Tick on Issue Type: Debit Note, Credit Note, or Tax Invoice
  2. Select Transaction Date (date of invoice)
  3. Reservation ID (where applicable, otherwise leave it blank). If there is a Reservation ID, the Agency connected to such Reservation ID will be displayed and Select Agency button is enabled and the Agency is displayed on the right side when the button is clicked
  4. If there is no Reservation ID, tick on AR Invoice To Agency or Outlet Owner
  5. Click the search icon, Type in the Agency/Outlet Owner, then click Select This Payee. The E-mail address of the payee will be shown as well as the Invoice & Delivery Address
  6. Tick Send e-Mail: Yes or No (e-Mail will be sent to Agency/Outlet Owner once debit/credit note is saved )
  7. To add a BDI, Select an Outlet like Front Office for Room Charges or FB charges from Banquet Outlet.
  8. Tick on the Revenue Item.
  9. Then click the Add Item(s) button. The BDI selected will be displayed on the data grid, to remove the item, click on the remove icon.
  10. For the amount, if Exclude Misc. Charge is ticked, you can input the amount in the Price column, and taxes are added to the amount. If Include Misc. Charge is ticked, you input on the Amount column and Total Invoice Amount is already inclusive of the tax
  11. If there is a discount, choose between the Percentage or Amount button and input the percentage or amount in the Discount column.
  12. You can add as many items as desired then once all is done, click on the Save button. Click Submit or Save as Template. Once saved, the invoice summary will be displayed for printing.

If the agency you are sending an invoice to is to a different country, ehors still calculates calculate the tax if the bdi BDI used has tax. If you don't want ehors to calculate the tax, change the status of the agency to tax-exempt "yes" or create another bdi BDI and not link it to any taxes.
