The program “Create Journal Template” is a program in which templates for repetitive journals can be created. Once the template is created it can be used under the program group “Journal Management/JOURNAL TEMPLATE MANUAL. These templates make repetitive journals faster and easier. A typical example of a repetitive journal would be the monthly journal for payroll, or it can also be used for reclassification. The amounts each month are different, but the accounts and departments are always the same. For journals that are repetitive but the amounts and accounts are always the same can be created in the program's automatic journal.

You can also edit existing journal templates. Click on the button “Template” and a dropdown will show the existing journal templates. Select one of the templates and continue as described above. Start Editing and don't forget to click "Submit"
