A registration card is a hotel registration form that needs to be signed by the guest, in most countries it is a legal requirement and it is the basis of excellent guest profile management. This form is very important in the hotel as it captures vital information, they use it to verify the spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers, anticipated date of departureDCI and DCO, number of people in the party, room rate, and method of payment.
Ehors only shows one page if there is no ID has been scanned, or if room rates are all the same.
There are few 2 places where you can generate the registration card.
- Front Office > Reception > Registration Cards
2 2. Front Office > Reservation> Manage Reservation. Search the reservation, go to the folios function, and locate "registration card".
An example of a registration card, the 2nd page is only possible when you are using the passport scanner feature in Ehors. This form is customizable, this is more or less our default form (Size A5)
