This program allows you to sell tickets for any theme park. The Outlet that will appear in the dropdown list Outlet is the outlet type "Theme".

Scenario: 1 Package and Individual ticket (Qty 4 ).

Reservation of ticket is not available here, you can only do that in the manage reservation program.

The left box shows the list of the available packages & the individual Attractions.

Scenario: 1 Package and Individual ticket (Qty 4 ).

Select the outlet.
Select the Market Segment & Source.
Package and/or Individual:
1. Select the button Package and select the package name. (In this scenario I will be selecting Special PackageFamily Rafting & Kayaking) If the attraction in the package has multiple sessions, you will need to choose the session manually. (see image 1)
2. If you want to add an individual item, tick the box attraction together with the package, click the individual /Add-on button (In this scenario I will be selecting KayakingTequila -ticketing) (see image 2)
Click Reserve ticketEnter the Qty of Child and adult. Click the button "Book". The above scenario will create 4 individual folios/tickets. (see image 3)
Click the "Summary" Discount button if you want to double-check what has been selected. give a discount (see image 2)
Pay: Clicking pay will redirect you to the payment page. PAYMENT CLASS LINK MANUAL
Refresh: This will refresh the selected segment & source.
Cash Drawer: This allows the user to open the cash drawer (if connected).
Auto Assign: Clicking this will untick the selected session for that package, or auto-select the session of that package.
Repeat Steps 3 - 6 to add an additional package or an individual item.

How to Use E- Value?

This function is very useful especially when you are in the waterpark and you don't want to bring around your wallet.

E- Value is like a top-up, or an e-wallet, this can be used as payment when the guest visits the outlet of the property. The ticket must be reserved first before you can add an e- value to the folio.

Enter the top-up value. Then click submit.

How to add a discount?

Click the Discount button next to Reserver Ticket.
Select the item(s) to be discounted. You can also select all by ticking the top tick box
Click the "Add Discount" button, and a small box will populate.
You can enter the discount by percentage or by amount. Click Add, and then click the "add discount button again to finalize the discount.
The discount will appear in the column "Disc. Amount". Click "Close" to go back to the main page.

Click E-value if the guest wants to put money on their ticket, this value can be used as a payment method anywhere in the property as long as they accept E-value payment. (see image 6)
Click "guest" if the guest wants to put their names. The default name is anonymous. (see image 7)
Click Cancel if you want to cancel the transaction.
