A guest profile is created at the moment that a guest makes a reservation, visits the Spa, or the guest registers through the registration program of the CRM.
Guest profiles are ALL property. However, some of the information is supposed to be per property .
Hereunder of which fields are to be updated all property and which ones per and all property.The Red-colored fields are ALL property, the black colored are PER Property.

To Edit or Search the Guest Profile
- Select the search type
- if it's by date, change the date from and until then click search.
- If the search type is by name, enter the guest name, you don't need to type the full name, then click search.
- After clicking search, the result will be displayed.
- Click on the edit icon and start editing or entering additional data.
- This program has NO add function and No De-Activate function only EDIT
- Complete the profile of the guest.
- You can also add his/her preferred accommodation, location, room no, bed type, type of pillow, amenity set, favorite newspaper, and if he/she preferred a smoking room yes or no.
- Click submit when done.
