This program is used:

  • to select the currency for the default property currency set the currencies to be used in dynamic reports. 
  • to define the currencies to be used in the Exco reports (P&L and Balance Statements).

Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.


To Add

  1. Click the "add new record" and select the currency that you are going to add or you can immediately select the currency without clicking add new record.
  2. Enter the currency name, code, and rate.
  3. Click Submit when done.

To Edit

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "Cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

To Delete (deactivate)

  1. Select the Currency name that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "OK".

To Re-activate

  1. UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the inactive records.
  2. Select the Currency name that you want to re-activate, click the "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".

The currencies created in the corporate currency program will appear in property details.
