An agency category (Partner Category) is a simple way to make a further segmentation. Category is a stand alone segregation. In the current version there are no reports available for category, but there will be statistical reports in the new version., to basically divide your agencies (costumer). The category is stand-alone segregation. A category is a fully free segregation based on the needs of the user, whereas a segment is linked to rate codes. The user can also just create one category for all customers. If the property only caters to POS F&B and doesn't allow credit lines to a customer, then this is not applicable.
Remarks: Adding a new record affects all properties within the group. This means add adding a new record is all, edit and delete deleting is per property.
The Categories created here will appear in the program called "Partners".
