The accommodation forecast projects the accommodation based on occupancy. Using this report, it allows housekeeping and front desk to plan their rosters more efficiently.
This forecast shows the availability of room per accommodation by day over a selected period as well as occupancy percentage & maintenance rooms. This is a good instrument to plan human resources.
Please take note that there might a difference between the net available room in the accommodation forecast and the available rooms in manage reservation and that is due to the overbooking rooms that have status "obsellable" ='y'. In the manage reservation program obsellable are included in the count.
