Here are the few steps that can be done in Ehors directly related to SiteMinder integration.
Property Settings: This setup is only done once, this procedure should be done at the beginning of the integration. Each Property has a unique code. If the property has no integration with SiteMinder, the value will be NA. This is the code that the property should provide to SiteMinder.
Partners: Each New Agency created in SiteMinder platform must also be mapped in this program. If this is not done, Bookings from SiteMinder will not be pushed through Ehors. Mapping can be done once. The data from the dropdown are all fetched from SiteMinder. Ehors check those data and update this program if there are new ones in the list.
Rate Code: If the property has a new rate code and wants to publish it to SiteMinder, that rate must be mapped in the rate code program. Ehors will also notify the user if you forgot to link the rate code to the market segment ( OTA) once you clicked the "MAP" button.
Once Mapped, copy and paste it to siteminder platform.
Three columns have been added, so you can easily see which rate code is linked to SiteMinder, and you also have a full summary of revenue generated/nights booked for each rate code.
