The arrivals report and departures report provide basically the same information. These reports list folios within a selected date range, and they can be limited to either arrival, departures, In-house, or VIP only or all of the criteria. The result of the report is based on the selected criteria. The output of the report is in excelExcel.

Go to Front Office> FO Reports> Arrival & Departure Report

  1. Select the Date Range.
  2. Select the criteria of the report ( Arrival, Departure, In-house, VIP, or select all)
  3. Click on the search button.
  4. Click Print
