This document describes the advised / preferred sequence of events to build up the E-Hors database. ?
There are many roads leading to Rome, therefore this is an advice and not a mandatory sequence, except for the first 2 steps.  
Certain meta data has pre-requisites in which case this document will refer to these pre-requisites.? Each button has a hyperlink to the relevant subjects in the online manual.
Note: The pink color, underlined boxes have hyperlinks to the related manual. The light blue color boxes refer to a group and not a program. If boxes are connected with arrows, the sequence must be followed.

Step 1: This step is the mandatory 1st step and applies to all types of users.

Step 2: Finance is the heart of E-Hors WinX, therefore the first part of the Accounting system is also a mandatory step.
