Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.
The stock location will not appear in the stock Request program if Goods Receive Area is Blank.
To Add
Additional Stock Location
- Click the "Add new record" button.
- Select the department for which you are going to create the stock location.
- Select the outlet if you wish to allocate the stock location to an outlet.
- Click Goods Receive area "yes" if the stock location is a real storage/warehouse. If the status is "yes" the user will not be able to select that location for SR. The replenishment of orders for storage must be coming from the minimum stock.
- Click distribution "yes" If the stock location you create is a distribution location. Meaning the supplier will deliver the goods directly to the location. This is mainly used for the Market list.
- For each location, you have to define if it is count in PA yes or no. Count in Purchase advice "yes" means, is a location that behaves as a distribution center, the stock in those locations will be counted in the column "Actual Stock" when you run the purchase advice program. Basically, your main store should be count in PA "yes".
- Click "Submit" when done.
