The Outlet that will appear in the dropdown list Outlet is the outlet type "Theme".

Scenario: 1 Package and Individual ticket (Qty 4 ).

  1. Select the outlet.
  2. Select the Market Segment & Source.
    1. The left box shows the list of the available packages. This list is based on the selected criteria (segment & Source)
    2. The right box shows the individual Items. Not all attraction BDI will be listed here, this follows the status selected in the BDI program (Individual Attraction 'Yes') If the status is no, it will not show here.
    3. Attractions highlighted in Pink mean that the attraction doesn't have a plan board.
  3. Child/Adult: Enter the qty
    1. Select the Package by clicking the arrow next to the package name. (In this scenario I will be selecting Special Package) If the attraction in the package has multiple sessions, you will need to choose the session manually.
    2. If you want to add an individual item, tick the box (In this scenario I will be selecting Kayaking)
  4. Click Reserve ticket. The above scenario will create 4 individual folios. 
  5. Click the "Summary" if you want to double-check what has been selected. (see image 2)
  6. Pay: Clicking pay will redirect you to the payment page. PAYMENT CLASS LINK MANUAL
  7. Refresh: This will refresh the selected segment & source.
  8. Cash Drawer: This allows the user to open the cash drawer (if connected).
  9. Repeat Steps 3 - 6 to add an additional package or an individual item.

How to Use E- Value?

E- Value is like a top-up, or an e-wallet, this can be used as payment when the guest visits the outlet of the property. The ticket must be reserved first before you can add an e- value to the folio.

Enter the top-up value. Then click submit.
