Through the freePBX the IT department has created the PBX as well as all extensions in the property. These extensions can be analog phones, SIP, smart phones and IP Phones.
Digital phones are not supported.
When the IT department creates the extensions in freePBX, batch job copies the extensions into tblPbxExtensions.

E-Hors comes with a default charge table and this is usually enough, however, if the property decides to create multiple charge rate tables, this is possible.

The program extension linking creates the link between the extension number and the location of the extension. The location can be a room, a venue, an outlet, or a department.
For outlet and department, the extension can be linked to an employee as well.
