How to prepare a Cleaning List using Automatic Assignment?

In this scenario, I am selecting an attendant and a supervisor.

1. Select the "Cleaning list button".
2. Select the attendant and or supervisor
   1. Attendant: Enter or select the room attendant. The room status VD, OD are automatically selected for filters. There is no need 
   2. Supervisor: Select the supervisor if needed. All room statuses are automatically selected for filters
3. Down/Up or Up/Down: This decides the sequence of how the rooms will be assigned.
4. No. of Rooms to Assign: Enter the number of rooms that you want to assign ta an attendant or supervisor. 
5. Click the "Assign Rooms" button.
6. Click Submit when done.

In this scenario, I won't be selecting a supervisor.

1. Select the "Cleaning list button".
2. Select the attendant and or supervisor
   1. Attendant: Enter or select the room attendant. The room status VD, OD are automatically selected for filters.
3. Down/Up or Up/Down: This decides the sequence of how the rooms will be assigned.
4. No. of Rooms to Assign:  

...

1. Enter the number of rooms that you want to assign ta an attendant or supervisor. 
2. Click the "Assign Rooms" button.
3. Then manually select the room(s) that you want to. In this example, I manually added 2 rooms
4. Click Submit when done.
