"Make Payment" can result in a negative balance.

| Super | This folio can only be used for payment if all the status of the folio is still reserved. This folio type is always there for any type of reservation. |
| Guest | Enabled for payment as long as the folio is still open. This folio type will only appear in the list if there's a room reservation. |
| Sub Folio | Enabled for payment as long as the folio is still open. This folio type will only appear in the list if the user added a sub folio. |
| Venue | Enabled for payment as long as the folio is still open. This folio type will only appear in the list if the selected reservation involves a venue. |
| Agency | Enabled for payment as long as the folio is still open. This folio type will only appear in the list if the selected reservation has an agency. |
After selecting the reservation, Ehors will redirect you to the second page of the manage reservation program. Go to the "Accounting Functions" tab. Locate the Make payment function.
