We have two platforms where the users (room attendant, Hk staff) change the status of the room. The first one is on the computer and the 2nd one is using the mobile app.

This is the sequence that will be followed

How to update the room status in Desktop?

...

  1. If the selected room is a dirty room. Click on the room number (1st column), and the selected room will be moved to the next column (inspection rooms), the status of the selected room will change to VCI or OCI and it will be highlighted in red.
  2. If the room on the 2nd column has been inspected.  Click on the room number (2nd column), and the selected room will be moved to the next column (rooms cleaned), the status of the selected room will change to VC or OC and it will be highlighted in red.
  3. If the selected room is clean, the selected room will go back to the first column (dirty rooms), the status of the selected room will change to VD or OD and it will be highlighted in red.



How to update the room status in Mobile?

  1. The Ehors mobile application for HK must be installed first on your mobile. Once installed locate the Ehors App. (see image 1)
  2. Enter your username and password. Click on "Login". (see image 2)
  3. The list of rooms to be cleaned will be shown, there will be a message if there are no rooms to assigned to your access. The user will only see the rooms that are assigned to him/her. Select the room that has been cleaned to change the status. (see Image 3)
  4. After selecting the room, slide the round bar to the right to change the status, enter the remarks if there are any. Then click submit. (see Image 4)
  5. See Image 5 after changing the status from VD to VCI. 
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 4 for the remaining dirty rooms.
