3. Select the guest/room, you have two options if the room is not yet assigned you can click on the assign room button and assign the room. Or you select the room that has been assigned already. If the assigned room is VD, you can either try to find a VC room using "Assign Room".
Enter If the assigned room is VD, enter the remarks and click on "INFORM HK", this remark will appear on the guest monitor program under Housekeeping management GUEST ARRIVED MONITOR MANUAL. Click on Inform HK.
