How to use the Guest Arrived button?

Scenario A

  1. Search the reservation either by reservationID or search from the reserved reservation.
  2. Click on "more functions"
  3. Click the Guest Arrived button. A new box will pop up showing the folio of the reservation you searched.
  4. To Search
    1. By Reservation ID, click enter after typing the reservation ID. It will immediately show the exact reservation and will redirect you the page 2.
    2. Search Criteria, select the filter(s) and click the button "search". The result will be shown based on your criteria.

       2. After selecting the folio. Locate the "Guest Arrived" feature.

         3. Select the guest/room, you have two options if the room is not yet assigned you can click on the assign room button and assign the room. Or you select the room that has been assigned already. If the assigned room is VD, you can either try to find a VC room using "Assign Room".

             Enter the remarks, this remark will appear on the guest monitor program under Housekeeping management GUEST ARRIVED MONITOR MANUAL.

Scenario B

  1. Search the reservation either by reservationID or search from the reserved reservation.
  2. Click on the arrow to retrieve the check-in button.
  3. Select the folio that you want to check in. Click on the check-in button.  A new box will pop up.
  4. Click on the Guest arrived button.
  5. Follow the same procedure of Scenario A from Step 4-6.
