The EO (An Event Order) or BEO (Banquet Event Order) Order, commonly referred to as a "BEO," is a very important document related to that outlines the execution of events as well as special occasionsdetails of the event. It serves as a guideline for the hotel to execute and communicate logistics to all necessary hotel departments. All types of reservations can have event orders.
All the BDI inclusions, venue details of the reservation will automatically appear in the event order. The event order is generated in PDF and can be sent through email directly from the system.
Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.
