1. Click on the "add new record".
2. Maintenance From and Until: Select the date of the maintenance.
3. Filters: You can search the room by accommodation, By cluster, or by floor. You can also search by room number. 
4. Maintenance Type: Select the type of maintenance.Maintenance Type: Select the type of maintenance.
5. Reason: Enter the reason for maintenance.
6. Deep Cleaning: You only tick this box if the type of maintenance is related to deep cleaning.
7. Venue: Click this will display the lists of the venues.
8. Select the Venue that you want to block.
9. Click Submit when done.

1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
2. Click "submit" when done.
3. Click "Cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.
