The program has 2 options. Either a surcharge is a “holiday surcharge” and requires date from & date until only. The user can choose if these holidays are annual although the days will be different. EFor e.G. g Christmas is always December 25 but the day is different.
If the holiday is yes and the annual "yes" it is not possible to select an any of the days. If the tick box “select days” has been selected, and the user selects Holiday no and annual "no" If days have been selected and the user changes holiday = ‘y’, all
selected days will be cleared including the tick box.
