  1. Click the "add new record".
  2. Enter the name of the Guest service/repair that you want to add. The name cannot be duplicated.
  3. Type the description, the description can be the same as the name.
  4. Department: Select the department that will fulfill the task.
  5. Service type: Click the radio button if it's Guest service or repair.
  6. Show TV: Click "yes" if you want this task to be shown on TV. This would mean that the guest will be able to select this from the Television if you are using the GMS of Ehors. 
  7. Duration: Each task has a number of minutes defined within which the task has to be completed. If the task is not completed the status will change to overdue.
  8. Return Item: There are item(s) requested by the guest that needs to be returned. Examples of these are Iron, Iron board, phone charger, etc. Click return "yes" if it's a returnable item.
  9. Click "submit" when done.
