This program is used to monitor and record the services, repairs (complaints/request) that normally occurs in the hotel. This tool is very useful for the engineering , and HK department. This will also replace your manual log booklogbook. Service The service center is divided into two types:
- Guest Service
- Repairs
To Add
- Click the "add new record".
- Enter the name of the Guest service/repair that you want to add.
- Type the description, the description can be the same as the name.
- Department: Select the department that will fulfill the task.
- Sevice type: Click the radio button if it's Guest service or repair.
- Show TV: Click "yes" if you want this task to be shown on TV. This would mean that the guest will be able to select this from the Television if you are using the GMS of Ehors.
- Duration: Allocate how long
