A partner or an agency is a third party a property works with. This can be any type of company. Good examples are OTA (online travel agents), Tour Operators, Corporate accounts, Government Accounts etc. By linking these accounts to Market Segment and a source it is possible to manage / control rates and have proper statistics. But within E-hors they are all agencies.
We have two classifications in defining a company. A company can be an agency or a Booker. In E-hors, agency is the
company that pays the invoice. A Booker can be either a person within the company or can be a branch office of the agency. Make sure that the market segment has been defined before you start adding
agencies. Agency must be created first before you can create the Booker.
