This program has 2 important functions and is different than the previous version.

1. It is a report.
2. It is a "Tetris" type of room swap, whereby a selected room can be swapped to any row. If that row has data, E-hors must swap that data to alternative rows.
   The purpose of this swap is to optimize available rooms. We supported this "Tetris" concept in V2, but it was never implemented in V3 for unknown reasons.
3. An "In House" room can be swapped to:
   1. a free room, vacant clean (VC)
   2. a reserved room, vacant clean (VC)
4.  A  A "Reserved Room" can be swapped to:
   1. a reserved room, any room status
   2. free room, any room status
   A record can have accommodation only, there is no need to swap, but the records must be visible. E-Hors will count the empty spaces.
5. You can also assign a room in this program, only If the status is "TBA".
